I asked for a refund after a billing issue, and while support did eventually respond and I got my money back, it took a few days longer than I expected. I also had to follow up twice, which made it feel like nobody had really read my original message. It worked out in the end, but the whole process was just okay, not great.

I tried designs.ai for a couple of social posts, and the exports came out cleaner than I expected. The PNGs were sharp, the colors didn’t shift after downloading, and I didn’t run into any weird blur or messed-up layouts. I’m happy with that part so far, though I’m still figuring out how I feel about the overall workflow. For the export quality itself, though, no real complaints.

I’d say it’s a solid buy overall. It does what I needed it to do, and for the price, I wasn’t really expecting anything fancy. There are a couple little things you notice after using it, but nothing that made me regret getting it.

I’ve used designs.ai here and there when I need to throw together something quick. It’s decent overall, and the logo/video stuff can be handy, but it’s also kind of hit or miss. A few times it loaded really slowly or didn’t save the way I expected, which was annoying because that thing was basically done. For simple projects it’s fine, I just wouldn’t fully count on it every time.

Designs.ai has been fast for me most of the time, and pages usually load without much waiting. Bigger projects can slow it down a little, but nothing too frustrating. it’s been smooth overall, until suddenly I’m staring at the screen like, okay, hurry up already.

It was easy to figure out, and it made putting my design together quick and easy.

The templates look nice at first, which I appreciated, but I kept running into little things I wanted to tweak and couldn’t easily change. I’m always a bit worried about products looking better in the preview than they actually are to use, and this kind of gave me that feeling. It’s okay overall, but the editing feels more limited than I expected.

I threw together a video with this and it was super easy. Saved me a ton of time, which I really appreciated. Then suddenly I was like, wait, why haven’t I been using this the whole time?

I used Designs.ai to throw together some quick logo and social post ideas, it helped a lot. The results are usually solid and it definitely saves time, so I can’t complain too much. That said, it does have a habit of giving designs that feel a little too similar, and sometimes I had to go in and fix small things myself. Not the end of the world, but still, that’s on the AI. Overall, it’s useful if you don’t want to start from a blank page. I’d give it 4 stars

I tried Designs.ai when I needed some quick design ideas and simple graphics, it does the job well for that. Some of the templates look really nice, and it can definitely save time if you’re not starting from scratch. That said, the editor felt slow at times and a little confusing to figure out, which made the whole process more frustrating than I expected. I also wish the pricing was clearer because I wasn’t totally sure what I’d end up needing or paying for. Overall, it’s decent and I can see why people use it, but for me, it didn’t feel smooth enough to rely on regularly. I wanted to love it more than I did, so it left me a bit disappointed.

I used it for a commercial project and the rights felt clear to me. Didn’t have to overthink it, which is always nice tbh.

I was a little worried I’d get fooled into signing up and then find only a handful of basic templates, but there were actually a lot to choose from. The variety is good overall, though I’d still love to see even more options added.

From my experience, the billing was easy enough to understand. I could clearly see the price and renewal details, and I haven’t run into any surprise charges so far. I’d give it 4 stars.

I tried using it to make a logo, but most of the Designs.ai felt really generic and a little outdated. The font pairings were off too, so I kept having to mess with things myself, which gave me that feeling like they made it my problem to fix. It was quick to use, but not something I’d feel comfortable using for my business...

I was stuck with a login issue and regret wasting time trying to figure it out on my own. Support got back to me really quickly and fixed it without making it a big deal. Really appreciated the help!
